Financial Inclusion Network Event – Tuesday 26 May 2026
We are hosting our annual FIN Networking event on Tuesday 26 May 2026 at Whitehill Neighbourhood Centre, 9 Hunter Road, Hamilton, ML3 0LH from 10.00-12.00 noon.
With the on-going cost of living crisis, it is as important as ever that Tackling Poverty and Inequality is at the heart of all FIN members and the work that we do. We have four great speakers lined up for this event, to reflect the magnificent work that FIN members participate in on a continuous basis. The event will also provide ample time for networking with colleagues, old and new.
If you are planning to attend this event, please complete the short on-line form using this link - https://bit.ly/FINEventMay26
South Lanarkshire Council Housing Allocation Policy Consultation

Community Benefits Hub
The new Community Benefits platform is now live and open to all groups. Once registered and approved, you can submit up to three requests for support, whether that’s something you’ve asked for before or a new idea.
When submitting a request, try to keep it realistic as most suppliers will support requests between £250 and £1,000. It also helps to clearly explain what your group does and what you’re looking for, so suppliers can better understand how they can support you. If you need any help, feel free to get in touch.
You can find out more and register at www.southlanarkshire.gov.uk/CommunityWishList
Interfaith Survey
Our Interfaith survey is open to everyone in South Lanarkshire, whatever your background or beliefs. It’s about bringing people together to share views, identify shared priorities and build stronger relationships across our communities.
Your feedback will help us understand what matters most to local people, highlight opportunities to work together and shape future events and activity so they reflect the needs of our diverse communities.
