The Springhall part of the neighbourhood is in Rutherglen while Whitlawburn forms part of Cambuslang. The neighbourhood has a population of 3,414. The area is home to a thriving community and voluntary sector which provides a range of supports services, as well as activities for all ages. The kind of services available to local residents include youth activities, activities for pre fives, opportunities for child and family learning social and recreational activities as well as activities that promote physical activity, mental health and wellbeing.
